A tracking email is sent once your order has been dispatched. Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Yes — free Standard Delivery is available on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required. Express Delivery is available for £9.95. All shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to apply the credit.

Our sizes are shown clearly on each product page. To measure your foot:

  1. Stand on paper and trace your foot outline
  2. Measure heel to longest toe in centimetres
  3. Match your measurement to the Size Chart — if you're between sizes, size up
